The rigid machine frame sustains high-speed rotation of the circular saw. We, at TAKEDA, design machine elements based on our past experience for ensuring stability in high-accuracy cutting. In addition, the cutting speed is about 20% higher than that of our conventional machines, which helps to increase productivity.
The automatic sizing device equipped with a gripper feeds and positions the workpiece accurately. The floating function is added to eliminate scratches that might occur during feeding. The gripper detects the end of each bar with a photoelectric switch, holds the workpiece securely, and feeds it with accuracy.
The backlash in the gearhead greatly affects machine vibrations, saw blade life, and cut surface roughness. TAKEDA's original gear unit is free from these problems and enables stable cutting.
